The North Quarter is the latest premium land offering from long term KMD Client - Urban Land Projects. In fact, Urban Land Projects' Managing Director, Paul Ranson is Kris' longest serving client, and their professional relationship - and friendship - spans 20+ years. KMD was responsible for all project branding, design, and marketing. Projects included web design and build, print collateral and marketing, advertising production (print and digital) social media, promotional signage / billboards and photography. The estate has been incredibly successful, selling out the initial 3 stages well ahead of schedule.
