Sanctuary Park Branding
Client and Development Group - Development Edge - took over the marketing and sales of Sanctuary Park in 2018, at which point KMD was engaged to update the brand, and prepare promotional material. The trick was to update the brand, but keep existing brand awareness if at all possible. The solution was to keep the “Rosella” (bird) from the existing logo, but update the representation and colour palette. We designed the Logo, Print Collateral, Masterplan and Billboards, as well as the new entrance treatment for the estate.
